What is piercing jewelry?
Piercing jewelry is not the same as the jewelry you put on in the morning. It is made to go inside a fresh or healed piercing, installed by a professional, and it has to meet a different standard: implant-grade materials, a precise fit, and construction a trained piercer can install and trust.
Junipurr makes two kinds. Solid 14k nickel-free gold, independently assayed and certified, for everything from a first lobe piercing to fine detail work. And implant-grade titanium (ASTM F136), made in Europe, APP-verified, and vacuum-sealed to protect its polish until it is installed.
Every threadless end we make is designed to fit industry-standard posts from APP-approved manufacturers, so your piercer has one less thing to think about while building out your ear.
How long we've been doing this
Junipurr did not start as a marketing plan. It started because our founders saw that too many professional studios couldn't get enough quality jewelry to keep running.
Since then, our manufacturing has been through years of independent scrutiny: SMETA ethical trade audits (Green Light, the highest rating available), ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification since 2019, and ASTM consumer safety testing since 2020.
We are an Association of Professional Piercers (APP) Corporate Sponsor, and our gold and titanium are independently verified against APP's standards, not just our word.
