We offer 30-day returns on Wear Junipurr orders, excluding pre-order events. Here is what qualifies and how it works.
Your return window
You have 30 days to return an eligible item. The window starts when your shipment is delivered or picked up.
To qualify for a return
- Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must be in all of their original packaging: tags, box, and pouch included.
- Sets must be returned complete. No individual item from a set can be returned for a refund, store credit, or size exchange.
What we can't take back
For hygiene reasons, we cannot refund or replace any earrings. Items bought during a pre-order event are not eligible for return either.
Shipping and fees
You are responsible for shipping your return back to us and for any costs that come with it. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Is your piece defective?
If your jewelry has a defect in its materials or workmanship, it is covered by our 2-year warranty rather than by this returns policy. Head there to make a claim.
